Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees

Certain Services are offered through paid subscriptions ("Subscriptions").

Automatic Billing

Subscriptions consist of an initial billing period followed by recurring billing periods, as selected during checkout. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal until your Subscription is canceled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the next renewal date, your Subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods at the then-current subscription rate.

2. Cancellation

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Your cancellation will become effective once it has been processed and confirmed.

Effect of Cancellation

After your cancellation is effective, you will not be charged for future renewal periods. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. You will retain access to your Subscription through the end of your current billing period, after which your access to the applicable Services will terminate.

3. Refunds

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law, all Subscription fees and fees for digital educational content are nonrefundable. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented access to purchased content. Any discretionary refund does not establish an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

Where we issue a discretionary refund that we are not required to provide by law, the refund may be reduced by the non-recoverable payment-processing fees our payment processor retains from the original transaction. Any such deduction will not exceed the actual fees charged to us for that transaction, and the refunded amount will be stated when the refund is confirmed. Refunds required by applicable law, and refunds correcting our own billing errors, are always issued in full.

4. Promotional Guarantees

If a particular course or educational program is offered with a satisfaction guarantee, completion guarantee, certification guarantee, or other promotional refund program, the eligibility requirements and claim procedures for that guarantee will be described on the applicable course page. Those terms apply only to the specific program identified and do not modify this general Refund Policy.
